About therapy

My work is based on the belief that everything we encounter in life has to do with communication. Whether with other people or with oneself in internal dialogue. In this communication, everything arises as we understand ourselves and others. What we expect, what we are happy and afraid of. How others perceive us and how we perceive ourselves.

All of this together makes up our life story. Sometimes this story is hilarious and other times it can bother us. In my work, I help people understand their story, how they communicate with others and with themselves. Together we are looking for new ways to continue in life. Whether your story is about fear, marital worries, burnout or anything else.

That is why I will accompany you in your story as part of our meeting and we will discover where you can go next. Every story is original, and therefore every meeting is different. That's why I try to adapt as much as you need.

In my work, I fully adhere to the codex of ethics.
